All Media Entertainment (AME)BackgroundIn late 2006, AMB were approached by All Media Entertainment (AME) based in Newry, Ireland to assist in their rapidly expanding business. As one of Irelands’ predominant media distribution outlets, All Media Entertainment recognised the need for enhancements to their business practices to further their market position. Through close collaboration with its directors, AMB were able to provide All Media Entertainment with a competitive edge by automating some of its business practices: Media SelectorMedia Selector was developed to provide a custom order processing application for reps on the road, enabling All Media Entertainment clients to receive a visual representation of products available for ordering. Integrated into Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007, Media Selector captures order information for later transmission to Head Office. This proved invaluable in automating the time-consuming aspect of order capture, along with providing clients with a greater awareness of All Media Entertainment‘s product range. Media Selector has provided AME with an ‘edge’ in what is a highly competitive market. We are pleased to note that since its release, sales have risen dramatically, with further enhancements planned for the future."When we commissioned the development of Media Selector we hadn’t appreciated how dramatic an impact it would have on sales. We estimate since its launch in July 2007, sales have increased by 45%, paying for itself within 6 months! ..representing a significant return on investment. Bulk EmailerThe Bulk Emailer was developed by AMB to enable reps to distribute personalised stock lists to clients whilst on the road. Integrated with Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007 All Media Entertainment clients can now receive a tailored product range specific to their needs.

By regularly ‘connecting’ to Amazon, the Inventory Uploader submits the most competitive price whilst maintaining margins.
With yet further projects in the pipeline, we will continue to work alongside All Media Entertainment to devise innovative solutions to meet the business’s needs.
